Run as scenario set to default service account

Is it possible to set the Run as scenario to default service account based authentication instead of having it updated as last author or set User ID?

We do a version of what you are asking about. 

We do have user isolation enabled.

We created a user a in DSS for the service account. We then enter connection credentials for the service account user in DSS.

We developed a macro that enables us to assign the service account user to be the run as user of a scenario. This macro uses the DSS API to make the change.

By default service account do you mean a cloud default service account? If so, which cloud are you talking about? And what cloud permissions/resources are you trying to inherit/access? Please clarify your requirement in detail.
