Add some Guidance/Standard Format for Posting Questions to the Community

When I visit the community to see what others having challenges with, sometimes the brevity and/or lack of specificity of some questions makes it challenging to provide guidance without first sending a message for follow-up clarifications. It might be beneficial to alter the web form so there is some sort of preamble paragraph/bullets/explanation explaining how to make a "good" post (in terms of how to title it, what information to include, etc.). This could be as simple as a formatted block of text ABOVE the subject line. This could potentially help to increase the quality of the posts and possibly also searchability of content by others.

Here are the stack overflow "standards" I'm not sure that we want to go this hard and heavy.

We are now working on a new feature that should help with this - look out for that soon.

Worth noting (though it doesn't directly answer this) it's worth knowing about this article on the subject: https://community.dataiku.com/t5/Community-Resources/How-do-I-ask-a-good-question/ta-p/6979
