ML Practitioner Certificate: problem

Good afternoon. I am trying to get my second Academy Certificate, ML Practitioner Certificate. My project about school turned around, I took a dataset and completed a couple of tasks. But I have a strange problem: in step #4, I need to create a baseline in order to get an initial result that should be bad. But both models give 100% results for me, and even the statistics give a warning "this is very suspicious."

At step number 5, I need to improve the model, but it is perfect))) I started the task twice and both times I got the perfect result at step number 4. Who can tell me what to do?
