Indeed the DSS Administrator will need to check the impersonation rules on the DSS instance to ensure you username matches to an existing rule. This is found under Administration - Login (LDAP, SSO) & Security - User isolationhttps://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/user-isolation/initial-setup.html#configure-identity-mappingif they need any further assistance with this they should open a support ticket.
