All the certifications should appear in you academy profile:
https://academy.dataiku.com/accounts/profile
Under Registrations section you can pick the view certificate, if you didnt receive an email with the verfied link.

Did you register for the exam https://academy.dataiku.com/ml-practitioner-certificate? , because it seems like you complete the suggested courses but you havent done the certification exam. In my profile it appear like this:
