Broken pages in the academy

Hello everyone !

I'm trying to obtain the Advanced Designer Certificate but several pages are broken, only the header seams to appear.

I've tried from Firefox and Edge.

Anyone noticed the same problem ?

    Hi, thanks for your answer.


    For example, if I try to access to the page about the Advanced Designer Path page (https://academy.dataiku.com/path/advanced-designer) or even the general Learning Paths page (https://academy.dataiku.com/page/learning-paths), I get a blank page with only the header (see image).

    Everything worked fine for me yesterday while I was completing the Core Designer Certificate, but today nothing seems to work (in the Academy at least, the rest of Dataiku works fine for me).

    Hi @lucas46 ,
    I'm not able to reproduce the issue, it could be a caching issue on your browser can you try to force reload the page CRTL + SHIFT +R?

    Hi,
    Just like Alexandru and Sean, I was unable to reproduce the issue. Here are a few things you could try:

    • Have you tried signing out and then signing back in, in case it’s a login issue?
    • Could you try accessing the Academy in Chrome? You might also try using an incognito window to make sure browser extensions or cached scripts aren’t interfering.
    • If you’re using any ad blockers, could you disable them temporarily?

    Hello everyone, I somehow managed to make it work by switching to French language.

    It seems to be the only solution, for example : french language page for learning paths (https://academy.dataiku.com/page/fr-learning-paths) works, but english (https://academy.dataiku.com/page/learning-paths) still doesn't.

    Hello again ! Have you tried reproducing the error by switching your browsers's main language to french ?

    I switched mine to english (from french) and it made the error disappear.

    Hi,
    While yesterday, I could access the academy in JA, EN and FR, now, I reproduce your error in FR. I can only see the content in EN. This is pretty curious. Thanks for the information. We need to investigate.

    Hi every one,

    I have the same problem that Lucas reported on this thread : when I try to open the english learning paths, it doesn't work and only the headers appear.

    But, bizarely enough, when I switch to french, it's working as it ought to.

    I've tried by the way all the options you exposed a few messages earlier but it doessn't work.

    Notice that this problem has been persistant since this morning.

    The issue is fixed. You should no longer have any issues accessing the Academy, in any language (EN, FR or JA).
