Does the enterprise edition comes with a "free" admin account ?

For example, if I buy 5 Data Scientist User Licences, do I also get an implicit Admin licence or do I have to do the administration (db connections, users admin, etc.) from one of the 5 Data Scientist licenses?

Data Scientists and Administrators are on the same level of pricing. It means you can choose among your data scientists who are the administrators.
