Propagating updates to an application

As things stand, there is no easy way to propagate changes made to the base project of an application to all instances that may have been previously instantiated (https://community.dataiku.com/t5/Using-Dataiku/Updating-Application-Instances/m-p/34983). This is problematic in propagating bug fixes, updates to project logic or change of interface.
Suggest adding a way of updating application instances once changes have been made to the base project
