Packages not found in DSS 3.1.2 run in VirtualBox (for training in line)

Hello,
For the course "Use Case 3 - Rental Car Network Optimisation", the following packages are needed for R analysis :
ggmap, ggplot2, forecast, lubridate.
But these packages are not installed in vitual machine.
Could tell me how to install these pachages in the formation environnement ?
