Problem with starting Dataiku DSS on Windows10 22H2 : Infinite Loop

I have a sudden problem when trying to launch Dataiku DSS on Windows 10 : There is an infinite loop and I never reach the point where my login and password is asked.

It had worked with DSS on Windows 10 for several months before it suddenly fails.

I have tried to reinstall it.

The launcher.log only says :
