Can't update my Dataiku Academy profile

Hi Dataiku Support Team,

I recently completed an exam and received my certificate, but my name on the certificate is displayed in Cyrillic characters. This happened because I logged in via my work Google account, where my display name is set to Cyrillic by default. I hadn't noticed that this format carried over to my profile earlier.

I would like to have my certificate reissued with my name written in Latin characters, but I have run into a couple of issues:

1. Profile update issue: When I update my name in my main profile, the change does not reflect in my Dataiku Academy profile (it still shows the Cyrillic version).
2. Reissuance/Retake issue: I am unable to re-issue the certificate myself or retake the exam to generate an updated version with Latin characters.

Could you please assist me in updating my Dataiku Academy profile name to Latin characters and reissuing my certificate with the updated spelling?
