Requesting Academy Account Merge

Hi Community Team and Academy Support,

I am writing to request assistance with merging my Dataiku Academy accounts to recover my certifications.I recently left my previous employer and no longer have access to the corporate email address where I completed all of my Dataiku certifications.Following the recommended procedure:

- I have already created a new Academy account using my active, accessible email address (this one I'm using to post this question).
- I sent an email to academy-support@dataiku.com one week ago detailing both the old and new email addresses to request the merge.

Since I have not received a reply yet and I am eager to recover my progress and access my certificates, I was hoping a community moderator could help escalate this request or assist me with the merge.

Please, help me on recovering my learning path and certifications. I would like to continue promoting Dataiku.

Hi @M'Hammed Salmân , we're glad to help. Unfortunately, we don't seem to have received this email. Could. you try providing us the details at academy-support@dataiku.com once more? Also in future, if you post the question on the Academy DIscussions board instead of General, we'll see it a little faster. Thanks!
