Requesting Academy Account Merge: Lost access to old corporate email

Hi Community Team and Academy Support,

I am writing to request assistance with merging my Dataiku Academy accounts to recover my certifications.I recently left my previous employer and no longer have access to the corporate email address where I completed all of my Dataiku certifications.Following the recommended procedure:

- I have already created a new Academy account using my active, accessible email address (this one I'm using to post this question).
- I sent an email to academy-support@dataiku.com two days ago detailing both the old and new email addresses to request the merge.

Since I have not received a reply yet and I am eager to recover my progress and access my certificates, I was hoping a community moderator could help escalate this request or assist me with the merge.

For privacy reasons, I am not posting my email addresses publicly here, but I can share them immediately via private message to an official moderator or linkedIn message.
