Help to configure DSS

Hi! I downloaded the desktop version of Dataiku and I wanted to setting up the DSS but this message appeared, I tried to connect from Italy on Opera and Chrome broswers

Could you please confirm whether you are using a network that has Internet access control, or if you have anti-virus/security software that may be interfering?

I used Opera Broswer and Google Chrome, none of them has antivirus activated

Also, could there be any background security/firewall software on your computer (outside of your browser) that may be affecting DSS? If that's not the issue, you could also try using a different network, in case you are using one with restrictions (ex. some school/company networks).

I can open the link but I cannot enter, when I put my password (that is correct) it says that the login attempt is failed

Hello Mattia,

In that case, this is most certainly an issue with a proxy, firewall, or other security software. Are you using a VPN? I see that you are a student; this issue can also occur if you are on a restricted work/school laptop or network.

I would recommend checking any firewall/VPN/security software settings you have that may be interfering, or trying from a different network if you are on one with security restrictions.
