How to upload image to managed folders and read it with GenAI recipes for prompting?

I am trying to upload a "PNG" to the managed folders, but it was read as csv format [1]. This causes the issue of reading the image in prompt studio [2]. Please guide.

That’s not a managed folder. That’s a dataset. You need to first create a managed folder in your flow. Then you can drag and drop files to it. Check the dataset menu, create folder.

How can I make those images to accessible link ? so that I can put them in the apps for users to access or download ?

Managed folder files are not available as links. You can however create a Webapp for users to download files from a managed folder:
