Dashboard Plot Crash

I've recently stumbled upon an issue where plots in a dashboard crash frequently, randomly, and upon refresh alternating, reappearing, or not appearing again. I've never seen this issue before. I've been using Dataiku for the past 2 years. Our company recently moved to a new server with an updated Dataiku version, but no one that I talked to faced the same issue.

Issue is there in other browsers as well. Shouldn't be a dataset size issue, cause it happens even with datasets with less than 2k rows.

Any idea?

Imposible to help you without access to the Dataiku instance logs but you shouldn’t share that publicly. So the best course of action is to generate the error, take note of the date / time project Id and dashboard, create a support case in support.dataiku.com and attached a full instance diagnostic bundle (only administrators can generate these).
