Cannot Save Jupyter Notebook

Hello community,
I’m using DSS 13 on-premise, which was installed just a few days ago in my company, so it’s a fresh setup.
I started configuring code environments with Jupyter kernel installation to run Python code in Jupyter Notebooks. Initially, I was able to save my notebooks without any problems, but for some unknown reason — and without any configuration changes — I can no longer save my notebooks (Ctrl+S returns "Autosave failed").
When I try to "Force Reload" the notebook, I get the following error:
"Oops: an unexpected error occurred while calling the Jupyter server; XhrError: error".
I'm still able to run cells.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
- Restarting the kernel
- Shutting down and reopening the notebook
- Creating a new code environment
- Testing in a new project
Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue.
Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance for your help!
