Is there a way in Dataiku that can Drop data as a Default during the time of project Deletion

Currently, no. You can control the default value of the drop data checkbox when deleting individual datasets, but not entire projects.
This is controlled here for individual datasets.
It is a potentially dangerous operation, thus requiring user confirmation
