Unable to open Notebooks on a VSCode using CodeStudios
Hello,
I tried to open a `.ipynb` file in VSCode started with CodeStudios template and got the following error message.

Unable to open 'xxxxxxxx.ipynb'
Could not initialize webview: Error: Could not register service worker: SecurityError: Failed to register a ServiceWorker for scope with script: An SSL certificate error occurred when fetching the script..}

I use Chrome and do not have an SSL certificate installed in my DSS. (We have confirmed that it works in Firefox, but our environment requires that it work in Chrome)
Could not we open Notebook files in VSCode without installing an SSL certificate into our DSS or switching browsers to Firefox, just by changing some parameter, for example?
