Hi Everyone, How can I configure the messaging channel for Outlook email?

Go to Administration >> Settings >> Notifications & Integrations >> Add Another Channel

and select either "Mail (SMTP)" or "Mail (via Microsoft 365 with OAuth)" depending on what you have available in your company.
