I've had luck contacting their support directly when there's a billing issue—they were quick to sort it out. Might be faster than waiting on the forum.

what also helped me was double-checking how my permissions were set up across different profiles. I also found an old thread on antom.com where someone explained a similar problem with project access and payment setup, and it pointed me in the right direction. You might wanna check there too—it gave me some ideas I hadn’t thought of.
