Show results of New Dataset > Get Table List as tree rather than flat list

On a New Dataset page, clicking the Get Table List button currently populates the Table field with a flat list each of whose lines is a table name/schema name pair. At our organization these lists are often very long and difficult to use. A tree structure would be much more useful.
