Add recipe creation to the dataset right-mouse-button context menu

Hi,

As the number of datasets gets very large within a project, it would be very hand if a portion of the recipes context menu was added to the dataset context menu as so:

If the user selects a Python recipe it would create open the UI to create the recipe and auto-fill in the input dataset info.
