Ordering of folders in the Projects view
We don't create projects in our root folder since we wouldn't know easily who they belong to. Instead we create Team folders and allow the different user teams to create projects in their respective team folder. This works well aside from one issue: Dataiku does not sort folders in the Projects view does provide any capability to do so. This results in folders listed by the creation date rather their folder name. After a quick exploratory work I found Dataiku stores the folder names under DATA_DIR/config/project_folders/ROOT.json. I stopped dss, changed this file to match my desired order and bingo! Problem solved. I am suggesting people use this regularly as it is probably unsupported to change internal config files like this. But if it does annoy that much then you now know what to do...
