In the hint it is specified that the output dataset should have 103 rows.
However, after computing, I am getting 104 rows. I understand it is coming because of 104 discrete date data. Any suggestions would be great.

.I would suggest working backward through the steps you've done so far and double-checking the record counts of your upstream datasets with each step.
