Please enable Administration > Settings > Misc and restart DSS. https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/operations/compute-resource-usage-reporting.html#method-2-periodic-reporting
Please note that this requires the Kubernetes Metrics Server https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server to be installed on your cluster.
The ability to automatically install for the managed cluster was added in DSS 10 https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/release_notes/10.0.html#id4
