Recipe for User Approval

I need to design a flow that takes user input in the form of 'Approved' or 'Not Approved' once a dashboard is generated and the rest of the flow will have two branches based on this approval (or otherwise).

Is there a way that the current version of the product can be utilized to meet this requirement?
