Struggling to set up Python conda environment - "error=2, No such file or directory"

Similar to some other questions on here, I'm encountering difficulties creating a Python 3 environment on DSS.
For what it's worth, I'm running DSS on Windows through the virtual machine provided on the Dataiku site. "conda" is in the DSS PATH, and can be called without problems from the virtual machine console. I've also tried adding "export PATH..." to /home/dataiku/dss/env-site.sh, as suggested in responses here , but with no success.
Any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Can you paste the complete error (you probably clipped the most useful part) ? -
