Manual Dependencies

Sometimes, there's no choice but to create a SQL dataset that reads from other managed datasets. This of course comes with the problem that the dependency DAG is broken.

It would be great if SQL datasets that consume other managed datasets could be configured to be part of the dependency DAG so that when running a pipeline, they can run without manual intervention.
