Problem in installing DSS in Virtual Machine

I am not able to install DSS in Virtual Machine, because Hardware Virtualization is not supported by my system. How to enable it at my system and install the DSS?

If Virtualization is supported by the machine, it should be enabled in the BIOS: https://bce.berkeley.edu/enabling-virtualization-in-your-pc-bios.html
