Spark in Demo Instance

Hi Team,

Could you please confirm, can we get the Spark by default in the demo instance of the DataIku, our company got the demo account with all admin access but we are not able to do anything in Spark as we guess the instance doesnt have Spark.

Please confirm us if the demo/education instance has Spark in build (or) any option to enable (or) we need to build the spark cluster in some other instance and configure in the demo/education instance

Hi Guru,

Unfortunately, you can't use in-cluster processing (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) in the free community edition of Dataiku. You should be able to use Spark in all other editions of Dataiku, provided that you have a cluster set up. You can read more on setting up Spark integration here.
