Failing to create D3.js webapp tutorial

Hello , 

I need help to know exactly why the webapp failed. I have following the exact same steps mentioned in the tutorial https://knowledge.dataiku.com/latest/data-viz/webapps/tutorial-d3-js-template.html yet I have failed to get the parallel coordinates chart.
