Hi,
I'm getting an error when trying to export a flow graph, see attached screenshot. Happens with all formats, possibly because i need to upgrade ? -worksystems, sadly not my responsibility ๐
details : version 10.0.2 on Ubuntu (18.04), Java Ubuntu (11.0.14.1)
Not vital but still a nice function to get some management-awareness (and something nice to paper the room with)
cheers!
Jurre
Hi @Jurre
This might be the case you had graphics export running fine before but recently you had a DSS upgrade. npm modules are loaded into the install_dir so if you had upgraded, the new install_dir is used now.
Please make sure you (re-)run an install-graphics-export script from the dssadmin utility:
https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/installation/custom/graphics-export.html#install

You guys (and grrls and ++) never stop to amaze me do you ๐
I'll have sysadmin do the rerunning first thing in the morning, thanx for your help @sergeyd !
although not yet resolved i'll accept @sergeyd 's hint as the solution; when i started using Dataiku it was not possible to export dashboards, sysadmin had to enable it as mentioned here. Pretty sure that the proposed rerun solves it.
As soon as i have some spare time i'll start a topic "Flow Art" as -especially with migrations- flows can become quite spectacular
