Convert time in UTC to local time

Hello, I can successfully to convert the time in UTC to Istanbul time by using the function, "Format date with custom format", in recipes.
However, it had a message as follow, "In database SQL, Not supported settings for 'DateParser' processor: 'Translate automatically' locale is not supported".
what is it means?

,This processor does not support the SQL engine you will need to use the DSS engine in this case.
