code environment problem

Hi,  I am trying to start the hands on Advanced Designer Certificate. I am trying to set up the Text visualization plugin, but I get the follwing warning. 

Code Environment
 This plugin will not work until the code environment is properly setup and all dependencies are installed.

This plugin requires a dedicated code environment.
You don't have the permissions to alter the settings of the plugin.

Apparently I don't have the permissions to set up the code environment. How can I do that?

Can you attach a screenshot of the error? 

Normally you should be able to do sth like this in the image.

Another option would be to download the desktop app and test it locally since in there you will be admin.

Nope.

If you are using a corporate account, I would suggest to find your admin and have him/her build the code-env for you. That's how I deal with it as well.
