No authorization rules for user XXXX , rejecting request

Hi team,

We have on boarded a new user using LDAP group. User is able to login and access projects but when user tries to access jupyter notebook he is getting ACCESS DENIED message. On checking Iphython logs we found below warning 

No authorization rules for user XXXX , rejecting request

Hi @Ankit96140 ,

Can you please check the following :

1) user is in a group (admin>security>groups) with permissions to "write isolated code"?

2) a linux account is created on the DSS server for this user?

If both are true and the user still can't create a notebook please create a support ticket with the instance diagnostics.  https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/troubleshooting/obtaining-support.html
