I think it would save a lot of time from typing when there's an autocomplete when a user wants so sort the values of a certain column while exploring a dataset. This has already implemented in prepare recipe when a user wants to remove/keep a column, when we type the first few letters, the a list of all columns that start with those letters are made available to click and thus the user doesn't have to type the whole name of the column.
