UX Research is becoming an increasingly hot topic at Dataiku: at the onset of Covid19, we asked ourselves, how can we assure that our users are successfully learning Dataiku autonomously in social isolation, how can we assure that they’re satisfied and that they’re having the best user experience possible?
Let alone, with so many different people using Dataiku from so many different walks of life, we (Product Managers, Researchers, Designers, Engineers...) ask ourselves, how well do we understand the very particular habits, joys, and frustrations of Business Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, enterprise users, start-up users, consultants, academics…
