Compute metrics when there is not additional incurred cost

Hi everyone,

On Dataset Edit Metrics page there is an option "Compute metrics when there is not additional incurred cost".

I was not able to find any documentation on this and google brings no results.

Does anyone know what this option does?

Hi,

This setting is to ask DSS to compute all metrics that can be computed without additional cost. The cost here is the number of queries, not the cost of the queries themselves. Checking it will thereby compute all metrics from all metric groups for which at least one metric is activated. Metric groups can be found in the "Edit" part of a dataset's Status section.
