What is the similar functionality in Dataiku for joining multiple datasets?

A question that is often asked in the Dataiker community by former Alteryx user is  what is the equivalent of the 'Join Multiple' tool in Dataiku ?

Yes, Dataiku provides similar functionality to join multiple datasets. In Dataiku, you can use the "Join" recipe to combie multiple datasets. You're not limited to just two datasets. 

Here's how you can do it using the Join Recipe:

  • Go to the "Flow" section of your project.
  • Select two of the datasets that you want to join together
  • Click on “Join” on the right end panel and click on create recipe
  • Choose the primary dataset and add additional datasets by clicking the button highlighted in this picture.
  • You can join datasets using a common key, such as customer ID, or even multiple keys, as shown in this picture. In the Join Recipe, you can perform various types of joins including left, right, inner, outer, and anti-joins on both SQL and non-SQL datasets.
