In this session we will explore the application of Artificial Intelligence in the field of Community Management. Today, automation, algorithms and bots are being used in online communities at an ever growing rate. But how do you know when and how to apply them, without undermining the all important human work of community management? Venessa will explain how AI can add value to your community, and give you a decision making framework to understand where, where and how to apply it to minimise harms and maximise benefits for your members and your community team.
