Did not receive certificate after passing Core Designer Certification

I did not receive an email with my certificate, and I also cannot find it on My Academy Profile.

Hi @BAUMA3 , you're correct that something went wrong here. You should have been issued a certificate. The workaround we have for manually issuing a certificate also failed. I will open a support ticket with our LMS provider on your behalf. Thanks for reporting this and sorry for the inconvenience.
