Great question! While I don't have a diagram or infographic in mind that shows the relationship between all the elements you've listed. Here are some resources:

• The NY Taxi project walkthrough has some visuals that describe the Flow with content that walks you through building a project from data acquisition to deploying a model.
• The Dataiku end-to-end demo is short and contains some of what you describe here in a visual way.
• Managing Work & Collaboration contains short videos describing the homepage, project, collaboration, and Flow.
