anyway for Streamlit code studios to share code for multi-person development?
Hi,
We have a project with multiple developers that want to write a Streamlit web-app using code studios. However, it seems that only the person who created the code studio can view the code. Is there any way around this behavior?
If this is how Code Studios work, I fail to see how they are a good solution, for frankly anything. If I create a DASH Python code web-app template, any one with proper project permissions can edit the code, enabling collaboration. So far, all I see from Code Studios for Streamlit are the inability to collaborate and a lot more IT tickets to make changes in the code studio template (when needed).
thx

Hi @info-rchitect
,By design code studios are single user multiple users can start their own and collaborate via share project libraries:

Why did you limit Streamlit to code studios vs code-based web-app templates?

I'm going to try and resurrect this thread. I have a Streamlit web app that I'd like to turn into a web app template. Is there any way to do this?
