when i press parse date . there is mistake not all the data is parse ?

The data in the column has to be all in the same format to be parsed. So either pick:
D/M/YY
or
DD-MM-YYYY
but not both formats at the same time in the same column.

how to make same formant , when i replace - to / before work buut now it is not !
