Can I trigger a Flow build externally in the Free version?

I use the Free version of DSS and I want to be able to trigger a Flow build externally. Not use the built-in scenarios but something I can manually do outside of DSS, maybe with an API?

    This is not possible on free Community edition, it would require at least the Discover edition.
    As you need the ability to generate API key to use the Dataiku API externally and this feature available on the free version.

    Auto triggers for scenarios are also not available either.
