I get these messages, and U don't know how to fix. Could you help me ?

    I see that you have opened a support ticket as well. I am copying the reply here as well so others can see it for future reference:

    The error:
    (Caused by SSLError(SSLError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:877)') is likely due to a outdated truststore which doesn't include the Root cert for files.pythonhosted.org.
    The easiest way to overcome this is to add files.pythonhosted.org to the trusted-host pip config. You can do this from Apps -> Administration -> Settings -> Misc. -> Extra Options for Pip install and add 2 lines:
    --trusted-host 
    files.pythonhosted.org
